फासीवाद भारत में: मुकाबला उदारपंथ से?

उदारपंथी आवश्यक रूप से पूंजीवाद के ही समर्थक होते हैं. पूंजीवाद के किसी भी रूप का समर्थन करने से पीछे नहीं हटते, चाहे फासीवाद ही क्यूँ ना हो!

इटली और जर्मनी में फासीवाद के उभार में इनका भी हाथ है. सामाजिक लोकतंत्र (Social Democracy), जो पूंजीवाद का ही रूप है, के पक्षधर भी अपने फासीवादी सरकार के साथ आ गए, देश के नाम पर, और युद्ध का भी समर्थन करने लगे!

अमेरिकी बर्नी सैंडर्स भी इस वीभत्स कुकृत्य का साथी है जो अमेरिकी शस्त्र को इजरायल बेचने और सीरिया पर आक्रमण का समर्थन करता है! जेरेमी कौर्बिन इंग्लैड में इसका प्रतिबिम्ब है!

फासीवादी सरकार ने अपने पिछले सरकार की पूंजीवादी शोषण के मशीन को जारी ही नहीं रखा है बल्कि उसे त्वरित भी किया है, अमेरिकी निवेश पूंजी के हित में अपने देश को गिरवी किया है और जनता के एकता और संघर्ष को तोड़ने के लिए हर घृणित से घृणित कार्य किये हैं और करेगा!

सर्वहारा क्रांति के आलावा और कोई रास्ता बचा है क्या?

"जिस कल्लूरी ने बस्तर में पत्रकारों को झूठे केसों फंसाया, जिस कल्लूरी ने बाहर से रिपोर्टिंग करने आए पत्रकारों को यह धमकी देकर बस्तर के बाहर रोक दिया, कि यदि आदिवासियों के पक्ष में रिपोर्टिंग करोगे तो ज़िन्दा नहीं बचोगे, जिस कल्लूरी ने राजकीय आतंक का ऐसा राज कायम किया कि भयंकर और विभीत्स मानवाधिकारों का उल्लंघन की रिपोर्टिंग पर भी निषेध हो गया, उसी कल्लूरी को पत्रकारिता के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान IIMC ने अपने यहां व्याख्यान देने बुलाया है।
यही तो होता है फ़ासीवाद। फ़ासीवाद सिर्फ शासक फासीवादी पार्टी के गुंडों की फौज द्वारा देश भर में मचाए जाने वाले उत्पात नहीं होते, या फिर सिर्फ पुलिस फौज द्वारा आम मेहनतकश जनता के लोकतांत्रिक अधिकारों का हनन भर नहीं होता । फ़ासीवाद होता है IIMC जैसे पत्रकारिता के संस्थानों में कल्लूरी जैसे जल्लादों का व्याख्यान । फ़ासीवाद होता है अर्नब, तिहाड़ी जैसी सुपारी पत्रकारिता, फ़ासीवाद होता है अप्पा राव और जगदेश कुमार जैसा वीसी , फ़ासीवाद होता है इतिहास भूगोल, विज्ञान के पाठ्यक्रमों में किए जाने वाले धुर दक्षिणपंथी विकृतीकरण । गैस चैंबर, यातना शिविर और होलोकॉस्ट तो फ़ासीवाद के आखरी चरण की चीजें हैं, और हो सकता है भारतीय फ़ासीवाद उस हद तक ना भी जाए । लेकिन उसके इंतज़ार में फ़ासीवाद को नकारने की भूल करना बहुत खतरनाक है, क्योंकि फ़ासीवाद होता है कल्लूरी का IIMC में बिना किसी प्रतिरोध और विरोध का सामना किए अपना व्याख्यान दे आना।"

बंगाल में ममता के सामने मोदी लहर फेल, निगम चुनाव में बीजेपी की करारी हार: फासीवाद की हार?

बंगाल के 7 नगर निगमों के लिए हुए चुनाव के नतीजे बुधवार को आ गए हैं। इस चुनाव में मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी की अगुवाई वाली तृणमूल कांग्रेस ने शानदार जीत हासिल की है। भाजपा की हार हुयी है.

भाजपा की  आर्थिक निति वही है जो कौंग्रेस या त्रिनामुल कौंग्रेस की है! “धार्मिक”‘चेहरा केवल मजदुर वर्ग की एकता तोड़ने और उनका शोषण तीव्र करने के लिए है! यानि, पूंजीवादी उत्पादन सम्बन्ध को बनाये रखना. निजी पूंजी के श्रमिक के ऊपर अधिनाकत्व कायम बरक़रार रखना.

पूंजीवादी उत्पादन गतिशील है, वैसे ही जैसे दुनिया की बाकि प्राकृतिक या मानवीय  घटनाएँ, सम्बन्ध, इत्यादि! भारत स्वतंत्रता के बाद पूंजीवादी रास्ते पर चला नेहरु, पटेल के नेत्रित्व वाली कौंग्रेस की अगुवाई में. 1990 के बाद वही पूंजीवाद सुधार के नाम पर विश्व पूंजी से ज्यादा जुड़ने लगा, मजदुर वर्ग और किसानों  का शोषण गुणात्मक बढ़ा. अब वह भयावह हो चूका है. प्रतिरोध भी बढ़ रहा है, जिसे दबाने के लिए धर्म, गाय, मंदिर, देश, व्यक्तिवाद, आदि का सहारा लिया जा रहा है!

आज के फासीवाद का आधार कौंग्रेस और बाकि बुर्जुआ दलों ने ही तैयार किया है, भले ही वह पीडीपी हो या शिव सेना, डीएमके, त्रिनामुल कौन्न्ग्रेस , जेडीयू, राजद हो! 1977 और 2012 के आन्दोलन ने भी फासीवाद का ही आधार मजबूत किया. जनता दल या आप ने मजदुर वर्ग के शाशन के लिए कुछ भी नहीं किया!

खुश होने की जरुरत नहीं है, आज ना तो कल, खुलेआम फासीवादी शाशन पुरे भारत को निगलने वाला है और उसका प्रतिरोध  क्षेत्रीय बुर्जुआ दल या फिर संशोशंवादी, मौका परस्त, सुविधाभोगी वामपंथी दल भी करने में असमर्थ हैं!

जरुरत है एक नए शुरुआत की! एक सर्वहारा वर्ग के दल की, जो समाजवादी क्रांति की तयारी करे, फासीवाद को नष्ट करे, समाजवादी क्रांति करे. जिन पूंजीवादी दलों ने फासीवाद का आधार तैयार किया है, वह भला फासीवाद का क्या मुकाबला करेंगे? फर्जी राष्ट्रवादियों, वामपंथियों से सावधान! द्वंदात्मक रूप से वह एक ही सिक्के के दो पहलू हैं! भगत सिंह और उनकी पार्टी HSRA कितना सामायिक हो रहा है और जरुरत है मजदूरों और किसानों के लये!

वर्गीय चेतना, वर्गीय एकता, वर्ग संघर्ष ही रास्ता है सर्वहारा वर्ग के शाशन की, जो एक वर्ग विहीन समाज बना सकता है और बनाएगा!!

It is annoying, irritating and costing lives of our
soldiers, people and money! Physically we cannot attack as it may escalate into
Nuclear War and no super power is going to support us, except selling arms at
exorbitant price, and same will be for the Pakistan!                                                                       
                                                 Politically
we have not moved forward even an inch since MMS days (In fact situation is
worse all round), where such attacks were deplored and branded as cowardice and
threats were issued of severe counter attacks. In fact that time many surgical
strikes were done but without propaganda, soldiers had high morale, pelting was
not there to shield the terrorists. Yes OROP was not given but if soldiers took
out procession for OROP, Police (Yes SI and his troops) never dared to stop
them and humiliate them and demoralise them!                                                                                                    
Number of deaths have risen, attacks have risen. Yes attack by media and
by paid trolls on Pakistan has increased 100 times and such barking idiots on
what Sapp & TVs have increased their attack on Pakistan, where the latter
is supposed to shit in its pants due fear! We have even gone to ICC and US
begging to save our soldiers. Yes, we have branded many of our people as
Pakistani supporters who oppose or criticise our policy!                                                                                                           

It’s not surprising what Pak people are doing, in fact those
who are opposing Pak Govt are called Indian supporters and are threatened to be
send to Delhi!!! But what is surprising is that behind all such melee
unemployment, inflation, corruption, crime, rape is rising dangerously, which
is by the way happening in Pak also!                                                                                    

We have erred in selecting this government, whose sole aim
is to make profit rate higher (Than what previous govt could manage for the
masters) for those who helped it come to power with billions of money, media,
goons, etc! Jindal a month back went to meet Nawaz Sharif as special missionary
of GOI! Pak remains MFN! Ambani continues selling electricity, which also goes
to terrorist camps, Pak Army!                                                                                                                     Where
have we reached?

Do we try & go back to Congress regime? Neither possible
nor desirable! Nor any other 3rd Front, who are essentially connected to the
present bourgeois parties with thousands of threads. CPI, CPM, CPI (ML), etc?
Do you still see any revolutionary flame remaining there?

A new beginning has already started. Working class,
peasants, dalits, tribes, youths & students are already uniting to rise and
replace the present for a new society, where no man will be exploited by
another, where even an employed man will not be bothered for the hanging pink
slips, where a man can & will breath in free environment, free of
ignorance, superstition & war!

फासीवाद का कोल माइंस प्रोविडेंट फंड (CMPF) पर हमला!

कोयला मज़दूरों व कर्मचारियों को 1948 से प्राप्त होने वाली विशेष सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोल माइंस प्रोविडेंट फंड (CMPF) और इससे लिंक्ड पेंशन पर मोदी सरकार हमला करने की तैयारी कर चुकी है। CMPF को खत्म करके इसे EPF में merge करने के लिए और इस तरह इसे पूरी तरह खत्म करने के लिए एक कमिटी भी बना दी गयी है। और तो और यह भी खबर है कि CMPF को अवश्यम्भावी भरी वित्तीय संकट से बचाने के नाम पर सरकार और पांचों सेंट्रल ट्रेड यूनियनों के बीच CMPF में मज़दूरों-कर्मचारियों के अंशदान को बढ़ाने (4 से 7 प्रतिशत) का भी समझौता हो गया है। इसका यह अर्थ है कि अब बढ़ा हुआ अंशदान तो देना ही होगा, CMPF भी नजिं रह जाएगा और EPF में merger के बाद ( एक आकलन के अनुसार रिटायरमेंट के बाद मिलने वाला) न्यूनतम पेंशन भी एक तिहाई हो जायेगा। यह सब होने बाद इसके खिलाफ वाम यूनियनों ने संघ से जुड़े बीएमएस की अगुआई में 19-21 जून तक तीन दिवसीय कोल् हड़ताल का आह्वान किया है। ज्यादा उम्मीद है हड़ताल के नाम पर मज़दूरों को ये ट्रेड यनियन एक बार फिर से इनकी पीठ में छुरा भोंकने का काम हीं करेंगे। वैसे भी जिस लड़ाई की अगुआई बीएमएस जैसा फासिस्ट विचारों से जुड़ा संगठन करे, उस आंदोलन क्या हश्र होगा हम समझ सकते हैं। अंशदान बढ़ाने वाले समझौते को देखें तो एक गद्दारी भरी कार्रवाई तो ये इसमें कर चुके हैं। अब ये CMPF को बचाने की लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं या इसके विरुद्ध मज़दूरों के अंदर उबाल मार रहे आक्रोश को मिटटी में मिलाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, यह इनके इतिहास में किये कारनामे से समझा जा सकता है। इनका और खास कर बीएमएस का तो यही इतिहास रहा है कि जब मज़दूर का मूड लड़ाई का रहे तो बीच मैदान से भाग जाना और एक मामूली से मामूली सरकारी आश्वासन पर मज़दूर आंदोलन के साथ गद्दारी करना इनकी फितरत रही है। वे मज़दूरों के मनोबल को इस बार भी तोड़ने की कोशिश करेंगे। देश स्तर पर किसी और के द्वारा हड़ताल का कॉल नहीं दे पाने की स्थिति का ये यूनियन फायदा उठाते हुए सरकार को मज़दूर विरोधी कानूनों और फैसलों को लागू करने में मदद पहुंचाते रहे हैं। कोल मज़दूरों के इस बार के आक्रोश को देखते हुए यही कहा जा सकता है कि इन यूनियनों के हाथ-पैर फुले हुए हुए हैं। इन्हें लग रहा है कि हड़ताल के इनके कॉल को, जो महज़ एक खानापूर्ति है और अपनी गद्दारी को छुपाने के लिए की गयी कार्रवाई अधिक है, अगर मज़दूर सच में ले लेते हैं और वास्तविक संघर्ष में उतर जाते हैं तो इनकी पूरी योजना की कलई खुल जाएगी। साथियों, यही जमीनी परिस्थिति है जो एक दुष्चक्र से कुछ भी कम नहीं हैं। CMPF को खत्म करने को लेकर कोयला मज़दूरों में काफी आक्रोश है, लेकिन सवाल है इससे होगा क्या, जब तक कि मज़दूरों का कोई नया और सच्चा संघर्षकामी केंद्र देश स्तर पर सामने नहीं आ पाता है!? आज आगे बढे हुए मज़दूरों को ही नहीं, व्यापक मज़दूरों को इस विकट परिस्थिति पर विचार करना चाहिए और इससे बाहर निकलने का रास्ता बनाने पर गम्भीरता से लगना चाहिए। अन्यथा, जो हो रहा है उस पर महज़ आक्रोश व्यक्त करने के अतिरिक्त और कुछ करना असंभव है और असम्भव ही बना रहेगा।

Soldiers demanding OROP stopped by Delhi Police

To day ( 14 May 2017) on the historic 700th Day of OROP agitation at JM, veterans, widows, ladies and citizens supporting OROP had planned a March from Jantar Mantar to India Gate.

Maj Gen Satbir Singh had requested for permission on 25 April 2017, which was accepted verbally.
500 veterans and ladies had gathered at JM from Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, & other states! State machinery, police stalled the peaceful & disciplined march without giving any reasons. Two layers of barricades were raised on all exits!
Though media was invited to cover the event, only one reporter from Republic TV was spotted.
Veterans and ladies tried to jump the barricades once the appeal was ignored by the police, though their senior said the order was from the Home Ministry to stop the procession at any cost! Few could jump, even old men over 75 years of age & women, but all could not manage!
After one hour, soldiers tried to exit from other gates on pleas that they want to go back but that too was denied. After lots of struggle, some could manage and reached India Gate, where the police again forced them to remain out and even the civilians, who had come to visit the Amar Jawan, were forced out of the place rudely. Again after lots of struggle, only 4 were permitted to lay wreath to martyr Lt Umar Faiyaz!
Sad state of affairs and one feels ashamed to see how the country is treating its veterans & widows. DP was stopping Uniformed soldiers from paying homage to the martyr!
Present state of fascism is qualitatively different than 1975 Emergency & worse!
Soldiers' morale is high and they will continue their fight for OROP, lack of which gives a soldier Rs 4200 and a widow 2500 less than what they deserve!!
Police action against soldiers is clear indication of fascist's real intention! Fight is long and is lesson to the working class, farmers, small traders, shopkeepers, tribes, Dalits, minorities, working women, child labours!

Government is working for the big capitalists and is not ready to give a single penny to the people at any cost, even if they are the rightful owners!

Only a proletarian revolution with its all exploited allies is the need of today!
