"We will never, never FORGET !!

George Stinney Jr, of African descent, was the youngest person to be executed in the 20th century in the United States.

This young black was only 14 years old at the time of his execution by electric chair.

70 years later, his innocence has just been officially recognized by a judge in South Carolina.

From his trial to the execution room, the boy always had his Bible in his hands while claiming his innocence.
George was unfairly accused of murdering two White girls (Betty 11 and Mary 7), whose bodies had been found not far from the house where the boy and his parents lived. At that time, all the members of the jury were white. The trial lasted 2H30, and the jury made the decision of his sentence after 10 minutes.

The boy's parents, threatened, were barred from taking part in the trial after being ordered to leave the city.
Prior to his trial, George spent 81 days in detention without the possibility of seeing his parents for the last time.
He was imprisoned alone in his cell, 80 kilometers from his hometown.

His hearing of the facts was done alone, without the presence of his parents or a lawyer. George's electrocution charge was 5,380 volts on his head. We let you imagine what such an electric shock can have on a young child's head.

It is not merely due colour discrimination but the biased and criminal police, administration, judiciary, state and its power, democratic "pillars", which are hands in gloves with the capitalist class and which serve the interests of the capitalist class, which in turn gives them pay, perks and facilities for their loyalties!
Workers of the world unite to smash capitalism and establish our own society, based on equality, freedom and justice!

Minorities are being crushed: What is to be done?

Yes, this "minority" problem or in wider sense, discrimination due religion, caste, region, colour, gender, nationality, etc is not in itself an independent issue, but is related to many other social, political, legal and economic issues!
If we look back into the history, since capitalism became world wide phenomenon, these issues became acute when the ruling class, here capitalist class, is in distress.
Ist & 2nd WW occured when ruling or elite class of different countries were in distress, that is there were deep contradictions in them. It was basically loss of profit rate and rise of labour revolt, which was due rising unemployment and poverty.
Later, everywhere in the world, such wars, unrest, protests by the working class & farmers in millions, terrorism are visible. When employment is relatively more, purchasing power of the people is better, the profit rate rises, we have calmer society, that is these discriminations are hidden and the political parties, that get mandate to form governments are not far Right Wing parties, like Congress in India, Republicans in US, etc!
These discriminations, or here in our article, "minority" issue is a chronic problem of any society, which is divided into classes, even earlier in Feudalism. They are made to flare in acute conditions, when the economic and political disease flare. This is plotted by the capitalist class with the help of its political parties, whom they fund, their goons, state power and its machinery, "pillars" of the "democracy"!
This is Fascism, which is nothing else but an another form of capitalism, but the most rotten and violent. Its role in flood affected Kerala is visible, which is most heinous, criminal and divisive. Its role can be seen even on Social Media and political assassinations, mob lynching. Its hidden role is on different platform, plundering the people and letting the big capitalists loot our public as well as natural property. Lakhs of Crores of Rupees of these big capitalists have been waived off.
When we, the working class and other exploited class, unite, we do not remain in minority, but in gigantic majority, becoming more than 90%, and we become a major force in the society.
Fascism, which has crippled all the legal, education, "independent" institutions, like CBI, EC, CAG, Jurisprudence, Police, Bureaucracy, etc cannot be defeated through "Election to election" politics but through mass movement, defeating it and continuing the movement, till its mother Capitalism is replaced by Socialism!

2019 लोक सभा चुनाव में किसे वोट दें?

“लोकपक्ष” एक सर्वेक्षण कर रहा है एक क्रन्तिकारी रणनीति बनाने के लिए. मजदूर वर्ग और किसानों की भूमिका अहम् रहेगी आज के फासीवाद को हराने के लिए.

हालाँकि चुनाव के द्वारा फासीवाद को ख़त्म करना मुमकिन है या नही, यह भी सवाल है. यह सवाल, EVM द्वारा चुनाव हो या बैलट पेपर द्वारा, तब भी है. यह भी अंदेशा है कि चुनाव हो ही ना और किसी भी बहाने से टाल दिया जाय, या यदि हो तो चुनाव आयोग द्वारा भारी मात्र में धांधली की जाय और वर्तमान शाशकों को फिर से सत्ता में लाया जाय.

फिर भी मतदाताओं की समझ, संघर्ष और राजनितिक चेतना की जानकारी जरुरी है किसी भी सर्वहारा वर्ग के पार्टी के राजनितिक लाइन के लिए.

तो साथियों, आप इस सर्वेक्षण में शामिल हों. यहाँ अन्य मिडिया की तरह प्रश्नों के कुछ जवाब नहीं हैं, जिसमें से आप को एक या अनेक चुनना है. आपको खुद ही लिखना होगा कि आप किस पार्टी को वोट देना चाहेंगे और क्यों. आप अपना राजनितिक विचार और विश्लेषण भी दे सकते हैं.
