Increase the resistance!
Close all the government departments, ensure no supply to military; electricity, food, water, communication. Block all transportation; roads/railway.
Close all banks, insurance companies, finance institutions!
Soldiers and police, especially of the lower ranks must disobey their bosses, defect to the people’s resistance!
Establish people’s supremacy over military/govt/constitution/judiciary/media and even state! Yes, such measures require supreme sacrifices, but that is already happening, in piecemeal!
Rise united!! Smash dictatorship!!
