Jantar Mantar: Out of bounds!

JM had been the hub centre of protesting people, youths, soldiers, farmers, workers, women, tribes and all other sections of the society and from all over the India.
This was the centre, where the print as well as the electronic media could approach and have feel of the country, people's anger, their demand and their strategy.
In recent past, the social media has almost taken over the classical media through web portals, YouTube, like the wire, etc. Young, aspiring, pro-democratic journalists can be seen there en-masse, looking for news and analysis for social movements.

The big protests also take place here, like that of Dalits, led by Chandra Shekhar, anti Gauri Lankesh assassination march by the Left, the journalists themselves, "Not in my name" by the individuals but in thousands, soldiers for OROP.
Even, the pro "Saints", are doing sit-in protests there, like by the followers of Rampal, Asaram Bapu, etc.

This hub centre was not a platform for anti-capitalist movements, but represented all sections, followers of all ideologies. This was to highlight their grievances. Yet, question arises what was the change in society or in government, that banning JM became necessary, through NGT on a flimsy ground?
It is fascism, which has taken over the bourgeois democracy! It needs to silence all the resistance, all the dissenting voices.
Knowing the tilt of Judiciary, the verdict may be in favour of the ban, to reduce the so called noise pollution, on the flimsiest excuse, which the government could think of!

The government, following all traits of fascism, wants to crush all opposition against the rising exploitation of the masses, uses religion, caste, nation, personality cult. The Labour Laws have been crushed, GST implemented, Land Acquisition enacted to permit the big capitalists to plunder the aggrieved masses, who lack even basic subsistence! Mind it, all these anti-people actions were tried and implemented partially by the Congress government on the instructions of IMF/WB/MNCs but had failed. This was done in name of ‘reform’ since 1990s.
Incidentally, it is worth noting that, our Constitution, made by the Congress, presided by Ambedkar, “allows” such transformation. 1975 Emergency was sort of administrative in nature to protect the interest of the ruling party but now it is need of capitalism, which is in deep, irreconcilable contradictions. The GDP, despite fudging, is going down. We may be very near to economic recession.
Yet, the big capitalists are becoming richer at an accelerated pace, while the working class, peasants and other sections of the society, like Dalits, tribes, minorities, child labourers, working women, small traders are being pauperised further and lack basic subsistence.

And now the right to protest against the injustice, oppression and exploitation of high degree, rising unemployment, inflation, crime and corruption is being taken away one by one! This is “legal” action against the people of the country, who elected this government. Illegal actions are seen in streets and in swelling bank accounts of the henchmen, better call them “political managers” of the big capitalists!
The silence by the opposition, NGOs, mdea is deafening. We are losing all democratic rights to resist any injustice and falling living conditions!
Mind it again friends, this and other such posts are being minutely observed, monitored through PRISM, NSA of CIA, Mossad, MI6, CBI and other agencies. Your Aadhar card data is already with them and you will be prosecuted, without any reason, in name of "random" investigation against corruption, security! If you are in some position, where you can influence the public, you will be threatened, blackmailed.
If you suspect the actions of Mulayam Singh Yadav, Nitish Kumar, in recent past, as illogical or cowardice, you are right and this could be one of the explanation!
Are Left ideologues free of such prosecutions and blackmailing threats, where they are threat to capitalism itself, wanting to lead revolution and establish socialism?

The biggest threat to us is by fascism, and the state with all its machineries, like police, judiciary. We still have time to defeat this ugly, bloody, profit hungry beast, whose sole aim is to plunder us!

Unity and resistance of all exploited, oppressed people, without the boundary of caste, religion, and region is the only solution. Yes this must be under the leadership of a revolutionary party, with the aim of overthrowing fascism, with its mother, capitalism, establish socialism, where exploitation of man by man is made history, the right wing, unscientific and illogical ideology is buried for ever!
